Helps individuals manage barriers, through trainings and individual case management that may be preventing successful employment.

The Sans Souci Employee Development program is our most impactful program. Through this program, we have a two-step process to help our employees build a strong foundation by removing employment barriers and then build our employees by growing skillsets and providing opportunities for growth.

REACHability provides hands-on training for employment and/or volunteer opportunities for adults with disabilities. We offer an individualized approach to pre-employment training in both group and individual settings.

Connects individuals with barriers to jobs – at Goodwill and with many other companies as well. Services are geared toward individuals with disabilities, individuals who lack a high school diploma, individuals with a criminal background and job-seekers age 55+.

Sans Souci is fortunate to have community partners that donate their gently-used steel-toed boots to our organization. If a community member comes into the store and needs a pair of steel-toe boots in order to start a job then they can receive a pair free of charge.  

Vocational Rehabilitation helps individuals with disabilities achieve employment. Vocational Rehabilitation services are offered locally in 25 Area Offices throughout Indiana and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors provide services in each county. Eligibility for Vocational Rehabilitation is not based on income or financial resources.

Our mission is to help Hoosiers in Southeast Indiana find and grow in careers that are productive and fulfilling as well as to help employers find the qualified personnel they need to be successful. The Indiana Region 9 Workforce Board has undertaken several initiatives that work in concert with WorkOne, including other private, state, and federal programs, in order to create educational opportunities and technical skills training for local residents.
