Eligibility
Children ages 0-18, still in High School, residing in Bartholomew County; children may only be registered for ONE Holiday Assistance Program.

Pick up an application at LCNFC; families are required to pre-register and must pick up gifts during the designated pick-up in mid-December at St. Peter's.

Child's name, address, DOB, etc., and three special wishes/gift requests (includes toys, clothes, bedding, etc.)
