Southeastern Indiana Intergroup is an organization that provides services and information for local Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) groups. This information includes lists of current A.A. meetings in our area, local events, and information from A.A.’s World Service. Southeastern Indiana Intergroup (SEIG) is a non-profit organization, and is supported by local A.A. groups’ contributions.

ASAP's mission is to lead, identify, and implement prevention and recovery system solutions to substance misuse in Bartholomew County.

A community resource available for individuals who require daytime shelter and may be experiencing or at risk of homelessness. We provide support for accessing housing through various programs. Additionally, we offer assistance to community members dealing with substance abuse disorders and mental health challenges, facilitating access to treatment. Participation in Centerstone programs is not a requirement, but we encourage individuals to consider it.

Our services extend to aiding with applications for food stamps and health insurance, as well as connecting individuals with primary care doctors. Weekly job assistance is provided through Drive Staffing for employment opportunities. Qualifying individuals can receive free government phones through our Thursday sign-up sessions. In our new facility, washers are available for those needing to launder clothes. Referrals are also provided for showers at the neighboring Stride Center during our operational hours.

The Recovery Cafe is a community of individuals who have come from all paths of life and have been devastated by substance use, homelessness, and other mental health challenges. No matter where you are on your road to recovery, we are a place of support and stability. We do this by providing a beautiful, safe, warm, drug, and alcohol-free space that comes with a loving community to anchor people in the sustained recovery they need to gain and maintain access to housing, social and health services, healthy relationships, education, and employment.

The STRIDE Center is a crisis diversion program serving residents of Bartholomew and surrounding counties who are experiencing mental health crises or related challenges. An alternative to jail, Centerstone’s Stride Center allows adults 18 and over experiencing mental health or substance use crises to immediately connect with trained professionals who can deescalate their situation, provide one-on-one consultation, and connect them to necessary community resources, such as housing, peer support, residential treatment, food, and clothing.

Additionally, the Stride Center offers a mobile crisis response component, allowing trained staff to be deployed into the community to triage individuals in crisis and create safety plans for their unique circumstances.

Columbus Regional Health’s Treatment and Support Center (TASC) is a voluntary outpatient treatment program for adults with substance use disorders (SUD). Our goal is to increase access to addiction treatment services in Bartholomew and surrounding counties.

The program is offered to individuals who have an interest in changing their lives and a desire to heal. TASC provides addiction treatment services designed to increase health and wellness through remediation, as well as encourage a lifestyle of recovery following treatment. The outpatient facility is staffed with clinical professionals, including a medical doctor, a nurse practitioner, nursing staff, a case manager, and a team of professional therapists and peer recovery coaches.
