-Register on the day of the clinic by calling between 12pm-2pm
-Attorney will return your call between 3pm-5:30pm the same day

Long Term Care Ombudsman
The Indiana Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program is a state and federally-funded program under the auspices of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration.
