Description
Indiana's State Pharmacy Assistance Program can help you pay your monthly Part D premium, up to $70 per month if you are eligible and have Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan that works with HoosierRx.

Eligibility
1) be an Indiana Resident, aged 65 years or older.
2) have an annual income under 150% FPL (an extra income of $20 per month is disregarded).
3) Have a Medicare Part D plan through one of the following companies:
-AARP/United HealthCare
-CIGNA
-Elixir/EnvisionRx
-Aetna/SilverScript
-WellCare

State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP)
Description
Free and impartial counseling program for people with Medicare. SHIP is provided by the Administration for Community Living and the Indiana Department of Insurance. We are part of a federal network of State Health Insurance Assistance Programs located in every state.
